Summer Guesthouse and Hostel will take cardboard, plastic bottles, soda cans.
(opposite Smilemart / Gym + Fitness)
Save Koh Tao Office will take batteries, paper, plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans.
(opposite Animal Clinic)
Master Divers will take small batteries, paper, plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans. They also sell re-usable bamboo or metal straws
Hacienda aka Koh Tao Leasure park will take glass bottles, plastic bottles, soda cans and large batteries (bike car etc)
Steve & Shane's Water Service provides clean filtered drinking water in recycled glass bottles anywhere on the island.
Coconut Monkey sell a selection of eco friendly straws including stainless steel and bamboo alternatives that are a much better choice than plastic.
Reusing is even better than recycling so don't forget to check out Koh Tao Freecycle before you buy something new or think about throwing something else out.
